Parking is free every day. Please note that our car park is available for our customers only. The car park will close at 10pm and will re-open at 8am. Please do not use the car park if you are planning to use the Big Green Coach Services.

Alfreton train station is just a 15-minute journey away by public transport or taxi. Other stations locally include Sutton Parkway, Kirkby-In-Ashfield and Mansfield. There are direct services from Nottingham, Leeds and Sheffield.

Overnight parking is not permitted, so we kindly request that no vehicles be left on the premises after hours.

Frasers Plus Designer Outlet East Midlands offers convenient EV charging, perfect for a pitstop while you shop.
There are 12 Tesla Superchargers in the north car park, delivering up to 200 miles of charge in just 15 minutes, as well as 18 universal ChargePoint chargers located near M&S and in the overflow car park, with most vehicles charging in as little as 3 hours. Charging is available even outside of centre opening hours, though facilities like shops and restrooms will be closed, so plan ahead. For easier access and a smoother visit, it’s recommended to download and register with the ChargePoint app before you arrive.

Visit our on-site car valeting service in our main car park to spruce up your vehicle while you shop. Whether you fancy a full valet or a quick wash, the team offer the full works.

Our gift cards are currently unavailable to purchase at the centre. We’re working on bringing them back as soon as possible, so they’ll be available again shortly. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding – we can’t wait to offer them to you again very soon!

Frasers Plus Designer Outlet East Midlands provides a Multi-Faith and Prayer Room for our visitors – located at Guest Services.

Changing facilities can be found in all on-site toilets.

Our quiet room is located at our Guest Services which is a room that welcomes you to take a moment if needed and for breastfeeding.

Let your little ones travel in style with our kiddy cars, available at various locations around our centre. Now even easier to pay-and-ride with the Kiddy Cars app.

Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are available to hire for free from Guest Services. Please note that a photo ID will be required for the guest using the mobility scooter.

Designed to support families and carers of disabled people who require the use of a hoist, changing bench and/or a centrally located toilet. You can find our Changing Places facility located at Guest Services.
